Zachary R. Cincotta

San Francisco-based attorney Zachary R. Cincotta is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Northeastern University School of Law.  Mr. Cincotta is admitted to practice in California and before the Northern and Central Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Prior to opening the Law Office of Zachary R. Cincotta, Mr. Cincotta worked for San Francisco employment law firms Schneider & Wallace and Rukin Hyland Doria and Tindall, where he was named a Northern California Rising Star by the California Employment Lawyers Association.  Mr. Cincotta is a member of the California Lawyers for the Arts and the Intellectual Property Law section of California State Bar.

Prior to law school, Mr. Cincotta worked for many years as the Assistant Label Manager for the Table of the Elements record label and was the Co-Label Manager for the edition… label, both headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
